Department of Ophalmology
Besides teaching Ophthalmology to the MBBS students, starting from 4th semester till 7th semester, we teach the nursing students also at TMC. We have outpatient department which functions on all days of week with huge number of patients. We see all kinds of patients vary from refractive error, eye emergency, glaucoma, cataract and we have special retina clinic also. Besides various sophisticated equipments for the diagnosis, we also perform various surgeries like Cataract surgery, glaucoma surgery, oculoplasty and intravitreal injections in our Operation theatre. A highly dedicated team of residents (senior & junior) and consultants available round the clock.
